Charley Geiger joined Blue Point in 2008. He previously worked as a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps Securities and began his career in the investment consulting group at Willis Towers Watson. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Richmond and is a CFA charterholder.

Chip Chaikin joined Blue Point in 1998 and built the firm's global supply chain function in 2004. Before Blue Point, he worked in business development for the Sara Lee Corporation in Hong Kong and provided strategic consulting at Strategic Planning Associates (now part of Oliver Wyman). He holds a B.A. in Asian Studies from Brown University and a Master's of Public Affairs from Princeton University, and has commented on China investment topics for outlets including Bloomberg, Reuters, and The Wall Street Journal.

Jeff Robich is with Blue Point, having first been at the firm from 2005 to 2008 before rejoining in 2013. He previously worked with Valley Forge Private Equity in Philadelphia and, prior to 2005, was an investment banking analyst in the media and telecommunications group at Société Générale in New York. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Canisius College and a Master's in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

John LeMay joined Blue Point in 1998, having previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group on strategy and operational effectiveness projects for Fortune 500 companies. Before business school, he worked in mergers and acquisitions advisory at Salomon Brothers in Chicago and Sydney. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Miami University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Jonathan Pressnell rejoined Blue Point in 2015, having previously been with the firm from 2007 to 2010, and before returning served as a principal at Greenbriar Equity Group. Earlier in his career he worked as an M&A analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets and began as an auditor at EY. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, an M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Juli Marley joined the Blue Point group in Cleveland in 1997 and moved to the Charlotte office in 2001. Before that she spent over 11 years at EY as a senior manager, working in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group and providing advisory and assurance services to manufacturing companies. She holds a B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sean Ward joined the group in 1990, having previously worked in Credit Administration and Capital Markets at KeyCorp. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Allegheny College and an M.B.A. from John Carroll University. At Blue Point he serves on the boards of several portfolio companies.

Evan Cottington joined Blue Point in 2017. He previously worked as an associate at Linsalata Capital Partners and, before that, in the mergers and acquisitions group at KeyBanc Capital Markets. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Rick Soukup joined Blue Point in 2017. He previously worked as an Associate at Incline Equity Partners executing middle-market private equity investments, served as Manager of Global Business Development at L.B. Foster Company, and began his career at The Avascent Group in Washington, DC, advising private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies in aerospace, defense, and government markets. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Alejandro Duque joined Blue Point in 2025. He was previously an investment banking Associate at Greenwich Capital Group, a Senior Consultant in Management Consulting at Cohen & Co., and a Consultant at Deloitte. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Alena Tkach joined Blue Point in 2019. She holds a B.A. in Communication Management from Cleveland State University.

Alex Weinstein joined Blue Point in 2023. He previously worked as a Senior Associate at LFM Capital, an Associate at The Zabel Companies, and an Analyst at Deloitte Corporate Finance. He holds a B.S. in Commerce and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.

Bailey Moledor joined Blue Point in 2020. Before that, she worked as an auditor in the Investment Industry practice at Cohen & Company Ltd. She holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Business Pre-Law from Ohio University.

Bobby Exler joined Blue Point in 2019. He previously worked as an investment banking analyst in the mergers and acquisitions department at Citizens Capital Markets in Cleveland. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Chemistry from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University.

Drew Campbell joined Blue Point in 2025 and works on the firm's investment sourcing efforts. He previously was an Investment Banking Associate at Lincoln International and earlier an analyst at J.P. Morgan's Private Bank. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ed Zelaski is co-founder of BeeCap, a business development and investment platform. He has 30 years of experience in treasury activities, financial planning, credit, rating, project financing, capital markets (local and external debt), and M&A, having worked on more than R$50 billion in structured financial operations. His work has included coordinating M&A transactions in the acquisition of 14 distributors, energy generation projects, energy generation and transmission auctions, and a 2016 public share offering.

Gabe Trank joined Blue Point in 2025. He was previously an Associate at Bessemer Investors and started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.

Jake White joined Blue Point in 2025. He previously worked as a Senior Associate at Arbor Investments and, before that, as an Investment Banking Associate in the Consumer & Retail group at William Blair. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Miami University.

Jim Fleming joined Blue Point as Controller in April 2018. He previously worked as an auditor at Cohen & Company, Ltd. in their Investment Industry Services Division, and before that as a Senior Analyst at Citi Hedge Fund Services North America, providing fund administration and partnership accounting to private funds. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Ohio University and has been a CPA licensed in Ohio since 2010.

Joe Belz III joined Blue Point in 2026. He previously served as an Assistant Vice President at Carleton McKenna & Co., a Senior Associate in BDO's Transaction Advisory Services practice, and an Assurance Associate at PwC. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Julie Stacey joined Blue Point in 2023 and works on talent management and acquisition efforts alongside the firm's management teams. She previously served as Head of Talent at Altamont Capital Partners and spent nearly a decade building the Human Capital function at Sterling Partners. She holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and Human Resource Management from Ohio University.

Lance Curtis joined Blue Point in 2022. He was previously an Associate Principal at Solum Partners, and earlier worked as an Associate at Harvard Management Company and a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo. He holds a B.S. in Agriculture and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.

Maddie Lefere joined Blue Point in 2024. She previously worked as an Accounting Manager at Madison Dearborn Partners in Chicago and began her career in audit at Deloitte, serving investment management clients. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Megan Kneipp joined Blue Point in 2018 and supports the firm's investment sourcing efforts. She was previously Vice President of Business Development at CenterOak Partners, an Associate at Credit Suisse Securities, and an Associate in Brokerage Services at Direct Development in Dallas. She earned an M.B.A. with honors from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas.

Mujteba Haidri is a business leader with over 15 years of experience spanning general management, global sales and marketing, manufacturing operations, and finance, primarily in the aerospace & defense, transportation, energy, industrial, and IIOT sectors. He previously served as a General Manager of divisions at LORD Corporation (a Parker Hannifin company) and General Electric, and earlier as CFO for GE's Industrial Solutions - Power Components Business. He holds a B.Sc. in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Duke University.

Rachel Spiegelman is a marketing, digital transformation, and consumer behavior executive with more than 20 years of experience at high-growth companies. She previously served as President of Connections at Material, a group of data analytics, consumer insights, and marketing agencies, where she oversaw go-to-market integration across business units. Earlier, she founded and led the advertising agency Pitch, and she holds a B.A. in Business and Marketing from George Washington University.

Sarah Wild is Vice President of Investor Relations at Blue Point Capital Partners, with more than 15 years of experience in private equity and investment environments. Her work encompasses fundraising processes, investor communications, and stakeholder relationships, with a focus on reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational execution.

Scott Stone joined Blue Point in 2024. He previously worked as an Investment Banking Senior Associate at KPMG Corporate Finance, and before that held roles in Transaction Advisory at RSM and Assurance at EY. He holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Accounting from the University at Buffalo.

Sean Murphy joined Blue Point in 2024, having previously worked at Baird. Before his finance career, he served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.

Stacey Neric has been with Blue Point since 2010. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from John Carroll University.

Tom Pitera is a distribution executive with over 30 years of experience leading large distribution businesses across multiple market segments. He most recently was President and COO at TTT Holdings, a regional tire distributor, and previously served as President at Unisource Worldwide, President of U.S. Distribution Operations at Fisher Scientific, and President of the Industrial Electronics Division at Pioneer Standard Electronics. Earlier in his career he held executive roles at General Electric and sales management positions at Texas Instruments, and he holds a B.S.E. in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut.
