Iain Kennedy is Co-Head of Europe at Warren Equity Partners (WEP), a firm founded in 2015 that manages nearly $10 billion in assets across seven investment funds and has invested in approximately 40 platform companies and more than 100 add-on acquisitions. Peter Petrov is Co-Head of Europe at Warren Equity Partners. His investment focus spans the healthcare, business services, and energy sectors.

Andy Rump is a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Warren Equity Partners, with experience in financial planning across Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Facilities, and Executive departments, as well as global HR functions and HRIS. His work has included harmonizing HR activities for a 40,000-employee acquisition, implementing a project that reduced HR processing and headcount costs by $6.3 million in Europe and North America, and reducing payroll errors in Costa Rica by 75%. He holds an MBA and has conversational proficiency in Spanish.

Ben Owens serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Strategic Advisor at Warren Equity Partners, where he works with private equity-backed industrial businesses on growth initiatives. His areas of focus include commercial strategy, go-to-market transformation, M&A integration, sales leadership, and pricing, with additional experience in utility infrastructure and AI-enabled commercial processes.

Brendan MacCallum is Manager of Finance Operations at Warren Equity Partners, with five years of experience in consulting and private equity focused on operational value creation for businesses with $10M to $100M in EBITDA across industries including manufacturing, field services, and energy. His work includes process improvement, technology implementation, financial modeling, and FP&A activities such as budgeting, revenue and cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as change management with executive teams. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Christopher Carey serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at Warren Equity Partners. He has worked as a chief financial officer across the oil and gas, power generation, manufacturing, and healthcare industries, with experience in acquisition integration, divestitures, cash flow forecasting, and risk management. Carey is a graduate of the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Elizabeth Fitzgerald is a Senior Associate at Warren Equity Partners with experience in investment banking, private equity, and investor relations. Her work includes financial modeling such as discounted cash flows and recapitalizations, preparation of investor memorandums and lender presentations, creditor negotiations, due diligence, and readying deal and management teams for client meetings and lender discussions. She holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.

Harrison Rodriguez is Senior Manager, Transactions at Warren Equity Partners. He advises executives, investors, and management teams on forecasting and value creation strategy, with a focus on building operating models and evaluating investment opportunities. His work includes leading cross-functional teams to develop analysis and metrics supporting operational visibility.

Jeff Sim is Senior Vice President of Finance Operations at Warren Equity Partners, with more than 25 years of experience in finance and growth strategy across industries including online retail, wholesale fulfillment, manufacturing, distribution, and technology. His areas of focus include financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, organizational development, and risk management. A licensed CPA, he holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Texas State University.

Joanna Sisler is Vice President, Administration at Warren Equity Partners. Originally from the Cleveland, Ohio area, she relocated to northeast Florida and has worked across industries including management consulting, technology, credit card processing, manufacturing, waste management and recycling, and resort development. Her experience spans start-up operations, training and development, human relations, finance, and business development.

Julie Szafraniec is Chief Human Resources Officer, Operations at Warren Equity Partners, where she works on integrating the human resources function into portfolio companies at the time of acquisition and develops talent initiatives across the portfolio. Her responsibilities include aligning talent management, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness with the strategic objectives of each portfolio company. She has more than twenty years of human resources experience, with specializations in global mobility, talent management, executive coaching, and early career and top talent development programs.

Kam Mistry serves as SVP and CFO of Finance Operations Europe at Warren Equity Partners. With over 20 years of experience in finance and business operations across multinational corporations and private equity environments, Mistry has worked on cross-border M&A, commercial partnering, and manufacturing cost reduction across B2B and B2C sectors, spanning manufactured products, services, and SaaS.

Karen Smith is Vice President of Administration at Warren Equity Partners. Her experience includes administration, event organization, marketing, accounting, and communication.

Rob Nelson is Senior Vice President and SBG CFO at Warren Equity Partners, with experience in finance leadership across manufacturing and service businesses. He previously helped lead Supreme Cabinetry Brands, the fourth largest residential cabinetry manufacturer in the United States, through a private equity exit and sale to MasterBrand, which closed in July 2024. He has also served as a director on two boards in the insurance industry.

Sharon Junor is an Executive Assistant at Warren Equity Partners. She has previously worked in the real estate and hospitality industries.

Thomas Negre is a Strategic Advisor for business strategy and commercialization at Warren Equity Partners and Co-Founder and CEO of Anatecs. He has approximately 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, and product development, with technical work in software, wireless systems, gas sensing, and process instrumentation for markets including industrial safety, oil and gas, fire and Hazmat, and military. His prior roles include positions at Honeywell, RAE Systems, and GE, and he has worked internationally across Europe, the United States, and China.
