Bruce Wesson joined Galen Partners in 1991 following a 23-year career at Smith Barney, where he was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Division. At Smith Barney he directed the Major Account Group, served as Senior Managing Director for the East Coast region, and chaired the Valuation and Opinion Committee for Corporate Finance. He holds a B.A. from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.

David Jahns is a Managing Director at Galen Partners with over 25 years of experience building healthcare companies and involvement in more than 70 growth equity investments. His focus areas include technology-enabled services, medical devices, medical robotics, diagnostics, consumer-driven healthcare, telemedicine, clinical decision support, and health IT and SaaS solutions. Before joining Galen in 1993, he worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Smith Barney as a healthcare investment banker, and he holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Colgate University.

DT Nguyen is CEO of Koan Health, where he leads strategy and strategic alliances. He previously served as president of MedAssets' revenue cycle management business, a former Galen portfolio company, and founded XactiMed, an RCM company acquired by MedAssets in 2007. Earlier in his career he held senior executive roles at IPN Network, FoxMeyer Health, and U.S. HealthData Interchange.

Michelle Hasson has more than 20 years of experience in health care spanning life sciences, providers, and payers. She co-founded medical product and business strategy consulting firm Easton Associates, which she grew and later sold to a publicly traded company, and has advised executives, investors, and boards on strategy, clinical development, and M&A. She holds a bachelor's degree from Emory and a graduate degree from Yale University's School of Medicine.

Zubeen Shroff is a Managing Director at Galen Partners, a healthcare growth equity investment firm, which he joined in 1997. He has over 30 years of experience building healthcare companies across areas such as specialty pharmaceuticals, medical imaging, therapeutic devices, diagnostics, and technology-enabled services. Before Galen, he was a Principal at The Wilkerson Group and began his career at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Biological Science from Boston University.
