Nick Orzano is the Managing Partner at Stanton Road Capital, a private investment firm deploying over $1 billion across consumer products, healthcare, hospitality, and real estate strategies. He previously founded and served as Co-President of Pipeline Health System, a national healthcare provider, and sits on the Advisory Board for Nobis Inpatient Rehabilitation. He has over 20 years of experience in investments, distressed situations, and complex capital structures.

Bruce Popko is a General Partner at Forma Capital, where he invests in health and wellness consumer brands built alongside celebrities and athletes to drive revenue and brand growth. He was previously Partner and COO at Gioia Capital and served as COO of Pegula Sports and Entertainment, overseeing business units including the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres, after earlier roles as Chief Revenue Officer for the Buffalo Bills and positions with IMG, the Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers, the NFL, and the New York Jets. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in finance and marketing from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Josh Feine co-founded Forma Capital, where he originates new investment opportunities and works with the firm's LPs and portfolio companies. He previously served as VP of Sports Marketing and Corporate Partnerships at New Era Cap and spent eight years at Pegula Sports and Entertainment as Director of Business Development. He holds a B.A. in Economics and English Writing from St. Lawrence University.

Mary Owen is a General Partner at Forma Capital, focusing on brands in the health and wellness space, and brings a background in professional football. She previously served as a key executive for Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. and his management company, holding roles across his business and philanthropic interests including the NFL's Buffalo Bills, and helped oversee the Ralph Wilson Equity Fund.
