Frédéric Poilpré is Deputy CEO at Officium, specializing in wealth engineering and advising business leaders on equity transactions and the sale or transfer of their companies. He previously served as Director of Wealth Engineering at Société Générale Private Banking, where he supported UHNWI clients, and earlier led wealth and financial engineering, coordinating synergies between the group's private and investment banking divisions. He holds a DEA in Tax Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Specialized Master in Wealth Management from ESCP-EAP, and a professional degree in wealth management from Clermont-Ferrand.

Jean-François Hervé has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on wealth management and optimization. He previously worked at BNP Paribas Private Banking, where he advised business leaders on matters such as business sales and succession planning. He started his career in real estate in Brittany (Saint-Malo, Rennes) before moving to Paris.

Joined Adelie in 2026 as CFO, previously CFO at growth equity fund Revaia and a private equity fund controller at Unigestion. Graduate of ESME Sudria engineering school.

Marko Baricevic serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at FCC / FAC. His work covers strategic planning, policy development, and workforce management at local, North American, and global levels, including performance management, coaching, employee and leader development, and total rewards programs. He also focuses on process design, change management, project execution, and the implementation of technology solutions for HR operations.
