Emmanuelle Yannakis is Chief Financial Officer at Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital, a firm focused on private equity and private debt, where she works on financial strategy, fund operations, risk management, and investor relations. Her earlier career at the Crédit Agricole Group included roles in internal audit, international project management, finance, and credit underwriting.

Rashad Kaldany is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Blue like an Orange, which he joined in 2017. He has nearly 30 years of investment experience in emerging markets, including 25 years at the IFC focused on the financial sector, infrastructure, and natural resources, followed by a role at CDPQ beginning in 2013, where he developed and executed a strategy to expand its exposure. His work at Blue like an Orange centers on generating returns alongside social impact.

Cristina Penteado is Managing Director and Head of Brazil at Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital, with over 20 years of experience across private equity, mezzanine financing, and investment banking. She previously served as Partner and Head of Private Equity at STS Gaea Capital, Director leading the mezzanine financing practice at Credit Suisse Brazil, and Head of Private Equity for Brazil at Darby Overseas Investments, and earlier held roles at Morgan Stanley, Bunge, and Santista Alimentos. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo.

Mauricio Orellana is Managing Director of Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital, with over 27 years of experience across private equity, investment banking, and financial services, including work at a development finance institution. He previously held CFO/COO and board roles at Andina Acquisition Corp III and Andina II, was a Managing Director at Stephens Inc. and Cori Capital Partners, and served as an investment officer for Emerging Markets Partnership and the Inter-American Investment Corporation. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and an MBA from the Instituto de Educacion Superior de Administracion.

Andres Amador has over six years of experience in investment banking and financial technology. He previously worked at J.P. Morgan in Houston and New York covering corporate credit and debt capital markets across the U.S. and LATAM, and at MUFG covering project finance and export/import finance in the Americas. Before joining Blue like an Orange, he managed growth and strategic partnerships at Aura Financial, a late-stage social impact fintech company in Silicon Valley. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Anna Oleksiak has more than a decade of experience in investment banking and impact investing. Before Blue like an Orange, she worked at Total Impact Capital, an investment bank focused on emerging markets, where she managed transaction processes and developed blended finance structures; she began her career at Deutsche Bank's investment banking division in New York. At Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital, she led the creation of SDG Blue, a framework to measure investees' contribution to the SDGs. She graduated summa cum laude from George Washington University with a double major in finance and international business.

Christopher Onorato joined Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital in July 2020 and has more than five years of experience in investment banking and structured credit. He previously spent four years at Citibank in New York as an Associate in the Special Situations group and the Latin America Structured Credit group within Emerging Market Credit Trading, and earlier worked with non-profit organizations running educational and nutritional programs in Latin America. He holds a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University and is completing a dual Master's of Environmental Management and MBA at Duke University.

Laura Gontijo is a Director at Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital with more than eight years of experience. She previously worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group on growth strategy projects, and held roles as a private equity associate at Loop Capital Principal Investments and an investment banking associate at Bradesco BBI. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a business administration degree from IBMEC, with a dual degree in European management from École de Management Strasbourg.

Raimundo Nery has more than seven years of experience in emerging markets. Prior to joining Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital, he was an Associate at LAP Latin American Partners, a private equity and mezzanine fund manager, and an Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation, where he sourced, evaluated, executed and monitored private investments across Latin America in sectors including energy, agribusiness, consumer goods, chemicals and pharma. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia, and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Augustin Degroote is the Managing Partner and Founder of Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital and a former Managing Director of the World Bank. He is the author of "Can Finance Save the World? Regaining Control over Money to Serve Common Good," "Voulons nous (sérieusement) changer le monde?," and, with Fabienne Alamelou-Michaille, "Des femmes et des hommes, le pouvoir en partage."

Leonardo Galvani joined Blue like an Orange as an analyst in February 2024, working within the Investment Team. Before that, he spent about a year at Kobold Plataforma de Crédito, a Brazilian credit receivables investment fund, in capital market business development involving B2B credit arrangements linked to technology and innovation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.

Prune Callot has served as General Counsel at Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital since February 2021. She has more than 14 years of experience advising clients on corporate law, with an emphasis on corporate structuring and private equity transactions, having previously worked in the corporate departments of law firms and Big Four firms in Luxembourg. She holds a master's degree in law from the University of Strasbourg and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2006.
