Rajeev Kalra is a transactional lawyer serving as founding General Counsel to two first-time fund managers: a private equity fund focused on infrastructure equity investments including power generation, distribution, and data centers, and an early-stage venture capital fund investing in AI and SaaS. His work spans fund formation, GP economics, LP management, deal structuring, and exits, with investors including commercial and development finance institutions that involve impact investing frameworks and E&S compliance. He was previously a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright and served as chief of staff to the General Counsel of the IFC, and he is admitted to practice in New York, England & Wales, and South Africa.
