Technical Advisor with over 35 years in power generation, transmission and distribution, most recently Chief Power Engineer at IFC and formerly President and CEO of Bolivian power company COBEE. Holds a PhD from Dortmund University.

Brings 30 years of emerging-markets infrastructure investing experience, having held leadership roles at IFC including Global Director for Infrastructure and Global Head of Power and Renewable Energy. Holds an MA from Johns Hopkins SAIS.

Board member; Managing Director and co-Head at AIIM, Africa's largest infrastructure equity investment manager, with nearly two decades of infrastructure investing experience across Europe and Africa.
