Investment thesis
Baseline is Ireland's only dedicated, privately backed pre-seed venture capital fund, running a €5m vehicle that makes €100,000 first-cheque investments into pre-seed companies. It focuses on AI-native SaaS startups, with a bias toward intelligent automation and infrastructure built for execution-heavy or regulation-heavy environments. Beyond capital, Baseline operates as a community and physical space in Dublin where early-stage founders can experiment, build momentum, and connect to a global network of peers. It also hosts Rebase, a twice-yearly weekend retreat that brings together Irish pre-seed/seed founders alongside founders of international Series A+ companies.
