Dominic DeBonis is a Partner and Portfolio Manager on the Liquid and Structured Credit team at Bain Capital, where he works on Multi-Asset Credit strategies. He joined the firm in 2008 and previously served as a Portfolio Manager for US CLOs, worked in the Private Credit Group on origination and underwriting, and started on the Industry Research team covering business services, software, and technology. He holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and has worked in the Boston and London offices.

Joseph Buchheit is a Partner on the Credit team at Bain Capital, which he joined in 2016, and is a member of the Private Credit Group. Olof Bergqvist is a Partner in Bain Capital's Private Credit Group, which he joined in 2014, where he manages a portfolio spanning control equity, minority equity, and junior and senior debt investments. Before Bain Capital, he was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan leading the North American team for J.P. Morgan Mezzanine within the Global Special Opportunities Group, and previously worked in investment banking and as a credit portfolio manager there. Tara Allin joined Bain Capital in 2010 and is a Partner on the Restructuring team within its Credit business. She holds a BS from the University of Richmond.

Michael Boyle is a Partner and Portfolio Manager in Bain Capital's Private Credit Group and a Credit Committee member, having joined the firm in 2007. He oversees Bain Capital Credit's Senior Direct Lending strategy and serves as President of Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc., a business development company. He previously worked on the firm's portfolio analytics, Industry Research, and Liquid Credit portfolio management teams, and holds a BS from Boston College.

Jeff Garver joined Bain Capital in 2019 and serves as a Director and Portfolio Manager on the Liquid and Structured Credit team, with a primary focus on Structured Credit strategies. He previously worked as a structurer on J.P. Morgan's CLO Primary team. He holds a BS in computational and applied mathematics from the University of Chicago.

Kevin Gallagher joined Bain Capital in 2006 and is a Senior Vice President and Head of Investment & Trade Operations for the Credit and Insurance businesses, overseeing middle office, trade settlement, asset servicing, corporate actions, and reconciliation functions. He previously was a Senior Manager at Investors Bank & Trust, where he ran middle office operations for alternative investment clients. He holds a BS from Providence College.

Martin Ermini is a Vice President on the Credit team in Bain Capital's Liquid Credit group, having joined the firm in 2023.
