Ana Misra is an angel investor and board member who co-chairs Angel One Investors Network and founded York Angel Investors Inc. She holds advisory positions with HardTech Investors Network and ventureLAB, and brings experience in senior executive roles, CFO positions, and board service across entrepreneurial and corporate settings. Misra mentors founders on investor readiness, capital raising, and financial discipline.

David Farmer is a retired financial executive with experience in originating, negotiating, and executing public and private finance transactions, bankruptcies, and multi-lender syndicates. He is bilingual and has managed professional sales teams and large profit centers. He is a member of Angel One Investor Network.

Doris Valade is President of The Malabar Group Inc. and has over three decades of experience in food manufacturing, having founded her own business in 1982 and successfully exiting in 2017. She serves as a leadership and business coach, mentor, and active angel investor with Angel One, while having previously held board positions at Food & Beverage Ontario, the Canadian Meat Council, Canadian Spice Association, and Meat & Poultry Ontario.

Doug Wyatt is a Chartered Accountant and finance executive with experience in senior management roles across pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, electronics, and energy services companies. He has held CFO positions and led finance, IT, supply chain, and trade operations functions. Wyatt currently owns MedBrew Inc. and serves as an angel investor, board member, and advisor.

Jaime Barron is a partner at BDO Canada with over 20 years of experience in audit and advisory services for high-growth companies pursuing capital markets activity. Operating from the Oakville office, he has worked with public and private clients across technology, media, telecommunications, and advanced manufacturing sectors on financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. Barron maintains involvement with innovation-focused organizations including Haltech, Interactive Ontario, and Angel One.

Jesse Rashotte is Executive Director of Angel One Investor Network, where he leads a community of accredited investors supporting early-stage startups in Southern Ontario. He has more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience and a background in business technology management.

Philipp Summer is a finance and business development professional holding CPA and CBV designations, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University's Smith School of Business. At Deloitte LLP, he led teams on valuations exceeding $30 billion annually across aviation, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Manager at GBA LLP Chartered Professional Accountants and Director and Treasurer of Angel One Investor Network Inc., he has facilitated over $36 million in startup funding and has professional experience across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Sean Ballard is CEO of Excel Climate Solutions and a Chartered Director with senior leadership experience across Canadian organizations and international consulting engagements. His background includes expertise in marketing, planning, process improvement, and digital transformation. Ballard serves on community boards focused on regional economic development and invests in early-stage ventures.

Upasana Sharma is a Global Board Trustee at TiE and President of TiE Toronto, as well as Co-Managing Partner at Tangentia Ventures and board member of Angel One Network Inc. She began her career in law at Lerners LLP in Toronto and works with founders on capital raising, governance frameworks, and cross-border expansion. A MacArthur Foundation Scholar with an LLM from the University of Toronto, she maintains a network of global investors, legal experts, and operators focused on structured company scaling.
