Imad Ghandour is Managing Director at CedarBridge Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and monitoring investments across the UK, EU, and MENA regions, and serves as a board member at Futura Education Investments. He has closed 25 deals and invested more than $400 million across the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and China, focusing on the consumer, beauty, education, healthcare, and technology sectors, with transactions including CIRA, Metito, Murdock, and Kids First Group. He is a co-founder of the MENA Private Equity Association, authored the annual "Private Equity & Venture Capital in Middle East Report," and received the Private Equity Man of the Year Merit Award in 2011.

Magellan Makhlouf is Co-Founder and Managing Director of CedarBridge Partners and a co-founder and Investment Committee member at Access Bridge Ventures. He previously served as Managing Director for Gulf Capital Private Equity in the UAE, held a marketing leadership role at Johnson Controls in Brussels, and spent eight years at General Electric and GE Capital across North America and Europe in roles spanning business development, finance, logistics, and manufacturing. His board positions include audit committee chairman roles at Ma'arif and Metito Holdings and remuneration committee chairman roles at Gulf Marine Services and Techno Group; he holds a BSBA from the University of Windsor and is a certified six-sigma black belt.

Rakan AlRashed is a Kauffman Fellow, a member of Class 28 of the two-year venture capital leadership program run by Kauffman Fellows. The program's member directory lists them at Access Bridge Ventures in Saudi Arabia.

Aly Ramadan is a member of the investment team at Access Bridge Ventures. He previously worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Falak Startups, where he managed the investment pipeline and follow-on investments, and as an Assistant Brand Manager at Almarai Egypt and at RiseUp. He holds a bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from MIU, where he founded the Hult Prize chapter and led the "Haras El Nile" initiative.
