Multiplier operates what it calls the "Global Exchange for Work," an employment and payroll infrastructure that lets companies onboard, employ, manage and pay workers in more than 150 countries without establishing local legal entities. Core products include Employer of Record (EOR) for permanent hires, Contractor of Record (COR) and freelancer engagement, Global Payroll covering in-country employees, multi-currency cross-border payments in 120+ currencies, immigration and visa support in 140+ countries, localized benefits and insurance administration, and a system of record holding employee profiles, contracts, leave, variable pay and compliance documentation.

The platform is built on an owned network of 150+ legal entities and country-specific gross-to-net payroll engines. The company markets automated generation of locally compliant, multilingual employment contracts, onboarding of global hires within 24 hours, and centralized administration of taxes, filings and benefits. It states SOC 2 Type I and II, SOC 3, ISO 27001:2022 certifications and GDPR alignment, and lists integrations with customers' existing HR technology stacks. Earlier product work described at the Series B stage included employee stock ownership plan support and planned crypto-payroll for freelancer payments.
