He has 30 years of experience spanning venture capital, operations, fund management, and investment banking, having invested in more than 200 startups, achieved over 40 exits, and returned over US$800 million to investors, and was named one of China's Top Venture Capitalists from 2013 to 2017. Tsao holds a B.A. in economics from Harvard, founded the non-profit SEO-China in 2006, and serves on the U.S. Presidential Scholars Foundation.
