Robin Horton founded Expected Parrot after establishing Uber's Legal Data team and spending seven years in cross-functional data reporting. Earlier, Horton worked as a tax and investment funds attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP, served as an Assistant Attorney General in Massachusetts on environmental and white-collar crime cases, and managed simulations contracts at Northrop Grumman; he holds a JD from Harvard and a BA in Mathematics from Columbia.
