About
Robert "Bob" Tepper is a physician-scientist and co-founder of Third Rock Ventures, where he has been a partner since 2007. Before venture, he spent more than three decades building and running R&D organizations in biotech, including serving as president of R&D at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, where he helped transform the company from a drug discovery operation into a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company. He also co-founded Cell Genesys/Abgenix. At Third Rock he concentrates on company formation, scientific strategy, and evaluating new company ideas across the firm's portfolio.
