Rachna Khosla joined Amgen in 2013 and became SVP of Business Development in September 2021, overseeing M&A, licensing/collaborations, alliance management, and Amgen Ventures. She previously worked at Lazard, Credit Suisse, Sanofi Aventis, Aventis Capital, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Salomon Brothers, and holds a BA from Barnard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
