Preeti Rathi is a General Partner at Icon Ventures, which she joined in 2020, with over 14 years of experience as both a venture capitalist and operator. She previously invested in B2B software at Ignition Partners, Opus Capital, and the venture arm of Juniper Networks, and held product management and development roles at Cisco, where she helped bring products such as the ASR 9000 Series to market. Her investing focuses on enterprise companies, particularly ML/AI-enabled applications and the digital transformation of traditionally analog verticals. She holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
