About
Joe Horowitz founded Icon Ventures in 2003 and serves as its Managing General Partner, growing the firm's assets under management from $100 million to $1.4 billion. Before Icon, he spent 10 years at U.S. Venture Partners and was Chairman and CEO of Geocast Network Systems, a broadband infrastructure company. He holds an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics from Columbia University, and has focused notably on security-sector investments.
