Nick Ono rejoined Icon Ventures in 2016 to lead the Japan Business Development Team from Tokyo, drawing on over 20 years in business development, sales, engineering, and marketing. He has helped more than 30 companies enter the Japanese market and previously led FireEye's Japan sales team, growing it from launch to $35M in revenue. He began his career as an engineer at Oracle and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Sophia University in Japan.
