Matthew C. Bonner

Matthew C. Bonner is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Coreline Ventures, where he oversees operations, legal, compliance, finance, fund administration, and strategy. He previously spent nearly two decades at DCM leading legal and operational functions and almost eight years as venture fund counsel at Gunderson Dettmer, and began his career in tax at Ernst & Young. He is a licensed California attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
