About

Rajashekhar is co-founder and CEO of Mad Labs Inc. He previously spent eight years at Etsy leading organizations across buyer-facing and platform teams including Search, Ads, Recommendations, and ML Enablement. Earlier, he co-founded Blackbird AI, a search and deep learning company acquired by Etsy, and was part of Twitter's early engineering team where he led the development of caching systems that were open-sourced as industry-standard tools. He holds a Computer Science degree from Stanford with a specialization in systems and algorithms.
