Jeremy Stepak joined Gibraltar as part of its founding team in 2013, bringing more than fifteen years of capital markets, operations, and transaction experience. He served as CFO of Gibraltar Growth Corporation, a SPAC that took portfolio company LXRandCo, Inc. public in 2017, and later became Interim CFO of that company in Montreal, overseeing its financial operations. He previously worked as VP Finance & Development at Global Hospitality Investments in Latin America, as a manager on Deloitte's Corporate Finance team in Toronto, and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, earning his CPA-CA designation.
