Jeremy Philips co-founded ecorp, a technology holding company, in Australia before its IPO and subsequently moved to New York. He held the position of executive vice president at News Corp focusing on digital strategy and acquisitions, and later ran Photon, a publicly-traded holding company. He joined Spark Capital in 2014 to build the firm's growth fund and brings founder experience and an understanding of entrepreneurial perspectives to his investment work.
