Diana Berisha is General Counsel at Spark Capital, where she oversees legal matters including investment structuring, portfolio management, and fund formation. Previously, she was counsel in the capital markets group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, advising companies on capital raises and corporate governance. She holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
