Heather Henyon is the Founding Partner at Mindshift Capital, with investment experience across the Middle East, US, and Europe focused on women-owned, family-owned, and technology companies. She has invested in over 100 early-stage technology companies and funds, closed more than 20 debt transactions totaling $47 million across seven countries, and structured a $50 million loan guarantee program in the MENA region. She launched the MENA region's first gender lens investment fund and women's angel investor group, and received Cornell University Emerging Market Institute's Cañizares Alumni Award in 2023.
