Mira Inbar began her career as an environmentalist working in mining in Africa before spending over a decade in the chemical, utility, and oil & gas sectors, where she built clean energy business lines. She helped establish a battery manufacturing plant for Dow Chemical, a solar and wind portfolio for NRG Energy, and a home energy business for Shell, most recently serving as Shell's head of residential power. She holds a BS from Oberlin College and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and received the 2019 C3E Award from the US Department of Energy.
