Hal Hayden is a partner in Sun Mountain Capital's private credit strategy, focusing on growth capital lending to expansion-stage technology companies, and sits on the Investment Committees of Sun Mountain Private Credit I and II and the New Mexico Recovery Fund. He has over 30 years of experience as a lender, investor, and entrepreneur, previously serving as a Partner at Trinity Capital Investment and as founding CEO of Agility Ventures. Earlier he founded Heritage Software Finance (acquired by First Sierra Financial) and Priority Leasing Corporation, and began his career at IBM's General Systems Division. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
