Kevin Barber leads Sun Mountain Capital's private credit strategy, focusing on growth capital lending to expansion-stage technology companies, and sits on the investment committees of the firm's Private Credit I and II funds and the New Mexico Recovery Fund. He previously was a Managing Director at Columbia Pacific Advisors, where he co-founded and co-managed the Union Bay Capital Partners I private credit fund, and held roles at Comerica Bank's Technology and Life Sciences practice, Northwest Venture Associates, Visio Software, and Hewlett Packard. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA in Business Administration from Seattle University.
