Devang Thakor is a patent and technology attorney at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP with experience as head of IP and legal at a venture-backed Stanford-origin mRNA therapeutics startup, where he built IP strategy and patent portfolios across four technology verticals in 21 jurisdictions and supported financing and licensing activities. He previously served as a primary examiner at the US Patent and Trademark Office, where he made decisions on more than 140 patents and maintained a perfect appeals record.
