It is disturbing that the majority of our current court doesn't believe reproductive rights are "implicit in the concept of ordered liberty". If control over your own body is not implicit to liberty, what is?

That judges sworn to uphold the rule of law would allow this hack is extremely frustrating, and I hope this loophole is closed soon. Meanwhile this oppressive law will have long ranging consequences, doing a lot of damage to family planning and women's rights in Texas & beyond.
