She previously was CEO of Commure, a health AI operating system company, and led the global health and life sciences business unit at Salesforce, growing it to $2.5b ARR. Her background also includes senior executive roles at the VA across two administrations, a Senate Health Policy Fellowship, and faculty appointments at Harvard Medical, NYU, and Stanford medical schools; she trained as a radiologist and holds a BS/MD from the University of Florida.
