Anton Fedorov has over 15 years of experience in management and launching restaurants, cafes, catering operations, and food production businesses. Since 2020, his focus has expanded to include retail business and franchising beyond the hospitality sector. He provides consulting and audit services across the HoReCa and retail industries.

Azeem Azhar is the founder of Exponential View, where he analyzes technological development and its societal impact. He has experience as a researcher, investor, and entrepreneur, and advises policymakers and business leaders on emerging technologies including artificial intelligence.

Guy Schory is a board director and former public company executive with over 20 years of experience in media & entertainment, sports, financial services, and marketplace platforms. Most recently, he served as President of Digital Businesses and Global Chief Technology Officer at Endeavor Group Holdings, where he held P&L responsibility for digital business portfolios and led technology, product, and data functions across the company's major operating units. He currently serves on the boards of IMG Academy and Nord Anglia Education, and deploys private capital in AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech, and enterprise software.

Kim Kolt is the founder of For Good Ventures, an investment firm that provides capital to for-profit companies and funds in private markets focused on positive social and environmental impact. The firm targets innovative technologies and business models designed for scalable change.

Michael Geer is co-founder of Humanity, a platform applying AI and data to public health interventions related to aging. Previously, he held leadership roles at Badoo, where he helped scale the platform from launch to 70 million users, and at AnchorFree, where he grew the company to over 700 million users and hundreds of millions in annual subscription revenue. Geer studied aerospace engineering at Georgia Tech.
