He co-founded Owl Rock Capital Partners, the predecessor to Blue Owl's Credit platform, after spending more than two decades at KKR, where he was Global Head of Energy and Infrastructure and served on the Management Committee. Earlier in his career he worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. on mergers and acquisitions and principal investing, and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Stanford University.

His expertise includes construction claims analysis, scheduling, and cost analysis for major infrastructure projects, with experience testifying in state and federal court proceedings.

Dean Glover is Chief Executive Officer at Enviromatic Systems. He has held leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies and private equity-backed portfolio companies, with experience managing acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and capital raises. He previously served as CEO of Techniks Tool Group, a supplier of consumable tools and workholding accessories for the metal machining aftermarket.

Devon Watson is Chief Executive Officer of Envera Systems and brings experience across payments, fintech, retail technology, devices, and SaaS. He previously served as Global Head of Banking and Chief Marketing Officer at Diebold Nixdorf, a top 10 global financial and retail technology company, where he held roles in product management, strategy, and operations spanning software acquisitions and organizational digitization. Prior to Diebold Nixdorf, Watson was an early team member at cloud software company Apprenda focused on business development, a venture capital investor at Primary Ventures specializing in software and technology-enabled services, and a co-founder of a SaaS analytics startup.

Ed Byczynski serves as Chief Executive Officer at Voyant Beauty. He has prior experience in the flexible and rigid packaging and chemical industries, with expertise in strategic business planning, board relations, sales and marketing, and investor relations. Byczynski holds a JD and MBA from DePaul University.

His background includes expertise in M&A integration, operational restructuring, margin expansion through pricing and procurement optimization, and the development of shared service centers and standardized technology platforms.

John Hans is Chief Executive Officer at STIR Foods, LLC, bringing over 40 years of experience in global C-suite leadership across sales, marketing, and operations. His career includes transformation roles at PCHI, The IMAGINE Group, Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, and H.J. Heinz, where he focused on operational modernization and commercial strategy. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and serves on community and advisory boards.

Jonathan Brooks is CEO of Warehouse on Wheels, an on-demand trailer storage company serving manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and third-party logistics providers. Under his leadership, the company has expanded from 2 locations and 4,000 trailers to over 37 locations and 36,000 trailers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Brooks previously served as a CFO and has been recognized as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist; he has also led multiple private equity exits and built companies recognized twice on the Inc. 5000 list.

Mark Carpenter is Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Corporation. He brings over 30 years of experience in construction, building products, and water infrastructure across public and private companies ranging from $50 million to $8 billion in revenue, including work with private equity sponsors on corporate carve-outs, restructurings, and turnarounds. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Dayton Superior Corporation, where he led a restructuring and sale, and spent 13 years at Hanson Building Products (later Forterra) in various leadership roles, including President of North America's largest concrete pipe and precast manufacturer.

Nick Heinz serves as Chief Executive Officer at Buske Logistics, where he has led the company for over 10 years. He brings expertise in financial analysis and strategic leadership to the logistics sector. Heinz also serves as a Board Advisor at Lockton Midwest.

Paul Burlingame is Chief Executive Officer of Ascensus Specialties and serves as a board member. He has over 25 years of experience leading technology-based global businesses, with a focus on achieving profitable growth through differentiated technology solutions.
