Nawal Bachhuka is Head and Principal of Venture Debt at Varanium Capital Advisors Private Limited. A chartered accountant with over 22 years of experience across the lending spectrum, he specializes in underwriting digital loans, supply chain finance, and working capital solutions for SMEs and mid-market corporates. His expertise includes risk management framework development, risk rating methodologies, and compliance implementation across secured and unsecured lending products.

Guillermo Angeris joined Bain Capital in 2021 and serves as a Research Partner on the firm's Crypto team. He holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford.

Has 21+ years of experience in NBFC and corporate roles, with the last 15+ years focused on underwriting and risk management.

Brings over 30 years in portfolio and risk management at firms including Goldman Sachs and Shumway Capital, and previously served as CEO of Religare Portfolio Managers and led portfolio management at Prime Securities. Holds an MBA from NYU Stern, an MS from Stony Brook, a BE from IIT Roorkee, and is a CFA and FRM.

Amrish Rau is CEO of Pine Labs. Previously, he founded and led Citrus Pay, which was acquired by Naspers in a major Southeast Asian fintech transaction. Through White Venture Capital, he invests in fintech, commerce, and consumer internet startups, with portfolio companies including KhataBook, Cred, Jupiter, BankOpen, MPL, OnJuno, and Dunzo.

Jitendra Gupta is founder and CEO of Jupiter, a mobile-first banking platform designed for Indian millennials. He previously founded Citrus Pay, a digital payments company that grew to over 300 employees and raised more than $25 million before being acquired by Naspers in 2016 for $130 million, and later created the pay-later product Lazypay. He holds a degree from Sydenham College, Mumbai, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and brings over 16 years of experience in banking and financial services, including seven years at ICICI Bank where he was part of the founding team for the retail cross-sell and investment banking divisions.

Madhusudanan R is a co-founder of M2P Fintech, a global banking infrastructure platform. He has experience building and scaling payments businesses across Asia.

Paul Abraham serves as President of Hinduja Foundation and founder of Sarmaya Museum, with board positions at multiple institutions including DakshinaChitra Museum, Sanctuary Nature Foundation, Hinduja College, Hinduja Hospital, PDH Hospital Bangalore, Hinduja Global Solutions, and Sanctitas Capital. With over four decades of banking experience across multiple geographies and functions, he has established Sarmaya Museum as a pioneer in integrating technology into arts, culture, and heritage. His current work spans social sector initiatives in water stewardship, health, education, and rural development, alongside mentoring and investing in early-stage fintech and FMCG ventures.

Vikram Pandya is Director of FinTech and AI Initiatives at SP Jain School of Global Management and principal at Varanium NexGen, a fintech-focused venture capital fund. He has authored research on AI, blockchain, and fintech topics and has advised multiple fintech and deeptech startups globally. At SP Jain, he launched AI Eduverse, an initiative encompassing AI Avatar Tutor, a Responsible Learning Assistant, and related educational technology projects, and he founded the Association for Emerging Technologies, a nonprofit organization that has published open-source projects in generative AI and data protection compliance.
