He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.

Alec Fogarty works with TSG Consumer Partners' partner companies and participates in due diligence of the firm's investments. Before TSG, he worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, advising consumer and retail clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity financings. He earned a BBA in Finance and Economics, Cum Laude, from the University of Notre Dame.

Beth Pickens originates and evaluates investment opportunities, structures transactions, and works with partner companies at TSG Consumer Partners. Before joining TSG, she was a Managing Director and Head of European Consumer Banking at William Blair, where she founded the firm's European consumer practice. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.

Bill Cooling has more than 15 years of experience in the global consumer and retail sectors. Before joining TSG Consumer Partners, he was Managing Director and Head of Consumer/Retail Mergers & Acquisitions at Jefferies, where he also co-led the Global Junior Resource Initiative for the Investment Bank, and he previously held roles as a Managing Director at Gleacher & Company and in J.P. Morgan's Consumer, Retail & Healthcare Group. He holds a BA in Government from Georgetown University and focuses on sourcing, diligencing, and structuring new investment opportunities and working with partner companies.

Brian Crandall is Managing Director and Head of Commercial & Digital for TSG Vantage, the firm's portfolio operations and value creation group. Before joining TSG, he was Chief Client Officer for Accenture's Global Private Equity Group, where he built its private equity practice, and previously held roles at Platinum Equity and McKinsey & Company focused on post-acquisition value creation, diligence, and AI business operations. He holds a business degree from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Colin Welch is Managing Director and Head of the New York office at TSG Consumer Partners, where he sources and evaluates new investment opportunities, structures transactions, and works with partner companies. He has 25 years of experience in the consumer and retail sectors, previously serving as President and COO of Financo LLC and CEO of Financo Europe, and holding investment banking roles at Credit Suisse Europe, Lehman Brothers Europe, J.P. Morgan, and Montgomery Securities, as well as merchandising and management roles at The Neiman Marcus Group. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Dan Costello works with TSG Consumer Partners' portfolio companies and focuses on originating, structuring, and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities. He previously worked at Wachovia Securities, advising consumer and retail clients on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. He holds a BS in Finance from Miami University.

Dori Konig leads TSG Vantage, TSG Consumer Partners' portfolio operations and value creation group that works with the firm's partner companies. He previously served as Managing Director at Platinum Equity, where he ran the firm's East Coast Operations team, and earlier was a Director in Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Restructuring Group advising distressed companies. He holds a degree in Accounting from York University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Drew Weilbacher oversees TSG's global compliance and enterprise risk programs, having joined the firm in 2021. He previously co-headed the private fund practice at Promontory Financial Group and served as a Senior Specialized Examiner in the Division of Examinations at the Securities and Exchange Commission. He earned a BA in Philosophy, with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Hadley Mullin originates and evaluates investment opportunities, structures transactions, and works with partner companies at TSG Consumer Partners, where she also helps oversee firm strategy and management and sits on the Investment Committee. Before TSG, she was at Bain & Company, working across consumer products, retail, healthcare, and the firm's private equity practice conducting strategic and operational due diligence. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College and earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Jessica Duran joined TSG Consumer Partners from Deloitte, LLP, where she led work in the firm's private equity practice serving west coast private equity clients. At Deloitte she worked in the M&A practice and was a Tax Partner in the Business Tax Services group. She previously spent five years at AMB, a publicly traded company with private capital funds.

Kevin Adams leads the Operations vertical for TSG Vantage, the firm's portfolio operations and value creation group, and has more than 20 years of experience in strategy, restructuring, and operations. He previously served as an Operating Partner at Gemspring Capital and Platinum Equity, held value creation roles at private equity-backed portfolio companies, and worked as a Partner at BCG and a Director at AlixPartners. He holds an engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Stanford University.

Michael Layman works with TSG Consumer Partners' partner companies, focusing on originating, structuring, and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities, and serves on the Investment Committee. Before TSG, he was an investment banker at Jefferies & Company and Wachovia Securities, advising consumer and retail clients on M&A and debt and equity financings. He holds a BS in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Arizona State University.

Monica Chase leads investor relations and global capital raising efforts at TSG Consumer Partners. She previously served as Head of Investor Relations for North America at Permira Advisers, where she managed fundraising across buyout, growth, and private credit strategies, and was earlier a senior member of the investor relations and fundraising team at The Riverside Company. She began her career at Mercer Management Consulting and holds a BA in Political Science with an Economics minor from the University of Pennsylvania.

Pierre LeComte works on originating and evaluating investment opportunities, structuring transactions, and supporting partner companies at TSG Consumer Partners, where he also serves on the Investment Committee. He previously was a Manager at Bain & Company leading strategic diligence in the private equity practice across consumer goods sectors, and held brand management roles at Yahoo and the Nabisco Biscuit Company, working on brands including SnackWell's and Chips Ahoy. He was also a consultant with the New England Consulting Group and holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School.

Sam Pritzker works with TSG Consumer Partners' portfolio companies and participates in due diligence for the firm's investments. Before joining TSG, he was an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, advising retail, apparel, and natural resources clients on debt financings and restructurings. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from Amherst College.

Sean Sullivan oversees legal matters and enterprise risk management at TSG Consumer Partners and supports the firm's deal teams in transaction execution. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Transformation and Legal Officer at The Duckhorn Portfolio, where he led its 2021 NYSE listing and its 2024 take-private transaction, and earlier worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse and spent twelve years at law firm Gibson Dunn advising on IPOs, spin-offs, capital raising, and M&A. He holds a JD from Columbia University School of Law and a BA from Saint Mary's College.

Alec Barnett works with TSG Consumer Partners' portfolio companies and participates in due diligence for the firm's investments. Before joining TSG, he worked as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, advising consumer products and retail clients on mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity financings. He holds a BS in Finance and Public Relations from Syracuse University.

Ally Gillman works with TSG Consumer Partners' portfolio companies and participates in due diligence for the firm's investments. Before joining TSG, she was an investment banker at Jefferies, advising technology clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity financings. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Anna Harte works with TSG Consumer Partners' portfolio companies and participates in due diligence for the firm's investments. She previously worked as an Associate on the Consumer team at PJT Partners in London and as an Associate in the European Consumer & Retail team at Credit Suisse. She holds a degree in Finance from University College Cork.

Billy Barth works at TSG Consumer Partners. He previously was an Associate on the investment team at RoundTable Healthcare Partners, where he focused on the consumer healthcare sector, and before that an investment banking analyst at William Blair in the Business Services & Industrials Group, advising on M&A transactions and strategic alternatives. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Theology from the University of Notre Dame.

David Min is Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Development and Head of Innovation at The Walt Disney Company, where he has spent two decades in corporate strategy and business development roles. He helped establish Disney's venture capital arm, Steamboat Ventures, and founded the Disney Accelerator, which has made over 60 investments with a portfolio valuation of $47 billion. Min has led Disney's entry into emerging technology areas including Web3, blockchain, and generative AI, and previously worked in motion picture development at Imagine Entertainment.

Erik Johnson works with TSG Consumer Partners' portfolio companies, focusing on originating, structuring, and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities, and leads the firm's ESG strategy. He was previously an investment banker at Sawaya Segalas, advising consumer products clients on mergers and acquisitions. He holds a BA in Economics, earned cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.

Homd Ali works with TSG Consumer Partners' portfolio companies and participates in due diligence for the firm's investments. Before joining TSG, he was an investment banker at Piper Sandler, advising consumer and retail clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and restructurings. Irena Blind works at TSG Consumer Partners. She previously worked in consumer and retail investment banking, serving as Senior Vice President at Raymond James and Vice President at Stephens Inc., and earlier at Industrial Renaissance, a middle-market private equity fund, as well as Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. Kov Herdic works with TSG Consumer Partners' partner companies and participates in due diligence for the firm's investments. Before joining TSG, he worked as an investment banker at Financo Raymond James, advising consumer and retail clients on mergers and acquisitions and growth capital raises. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Miami University.

Margo Hays advises TSG Consumer Partners' portfolio companies on digital strategy and leads digital transformation projects, focusing on customer-centric digital user experience design. She established the firm's annual Digital Summit and organizes educational events connecting entrepreneurs with digital thought leaders. She brings 20 years of corporate and ad agency experience, having designed digital experiences for brands such as Uniqlo, Sephora, Restoration Hardware, Gap, Walmart, Kohl's, Visa and Audi, and holds a B.A. in Studio Art and English Literature from St. Olaf College.

Matias Figari previously worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in its Principal Investors and Private Equity group, advising clients on large-scale supply chain and corporate development transformations. He holds a B.S. in Economics, Political Science, and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin.

Troy Flynn works on TSG's investor relations and capital raising initiatives globally. He previously served as an Associate on the Client Relations & Capital Raising team at EQT Partners, focusing on fundraising and investor relations with North American investors, and earlier worked as an Analyst in Macquarie Capital's Infrastructure and Energy group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.
