Rebecca Kannourakis is a Founder-in-Residence at Tin Alley Ventures, focused on advancing life sciences to bring innovations to patients. She previously served as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company across the health and life sciences ecosystem, working on virtual hospitals, and led Amgen's digital transformation in Japan and Asia Pacific as well as its global COVID response. She holds a Bachelor of Biomedicine and Law from Monash University.

Sally Wu is a Founder-in-Residence at Tin Alley Ventures with a focus on improving healthcare access and enabling data-driven health decisions. She previously worked as a product leader at Eucalyptus, a direct-to-consumer health startup, and earlier as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in Sydney. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Law from the University of Auckland.

Sophia Rubino is a Founder-in-Residence at Tin Alley Ventures, focused on applying Industry 4.0 technologies to challenges in preventative health. She previously served as Head of Operations at a New York City-based defence technology startup and worked at McKinsey & Company in Chicago, advising consumer, healthcare, and advanced industries clients on manufacturing and product development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Andrew McLean is Managing Partner of Tin Alley Ventures, focusing on backing founders building companies that address major human and global challenges. He was part of the founding team at Oxford Science Enterprises in the UK, where he led investments in DJS Antibodies, Mirobio, Vaccitech, and PepGen. He studied medicine at UWA and philosophy, politics, and economics at Oxford.

Calum McConville is an investment manager at Tin Alley Ventures who focuses on molecular sciences, immunology, and oncology, with particular attention to multiomics technologies and personalized medicine. He previously worked as a management consultant at Kearney and conducted research across the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, including at the Bio21 Institute, WEHI, and CSL. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.

Michelle He is an investment manager focused on innovation in medicine and drug discovery, with an interest in biologics and emerging treatment modalities, and in partnering with academics to commercialize their research. She began her career in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs on the Natural Resources team, and later worked on the investment team at BGH Capital and the Strategy & Operations team at FrankieOne. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Melbourne.

Tim Kay is an investment manager at Tin Alley Ventures with an academic background in physics and mathematics. He previously worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group in the energy and government sectors, and has conducted quantum computing research at the University of Melbourne's IBM Quantum Hub. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics), a Diploma in Applied Mathematics, and a Master of Science (Physics), and focuses on climate, quantum technologies, and other physical sciences.

Arjun Goyal is a co-founder and former managing director of Vida Ventures, a US-based life sciences venture firm with over US$1.7 billion in assets under management. He studied Medicine and conducted malaria vaccine development research at the University of Oxford, then completed Bioscience Enterprise at Cambridge and an MBA at Harvard. He is involved in the Australian biotech community and has helped US biotech companies begin clinical trials in Australia.

David Llewellyn is the co-founder and former CEO of DJS Antibodies, a company built around a proprietary antibody discovery technology. He has over a decade of experience in evolutionary immunology, antibody characterisation, and myeloid cell biology. He holds a PhD in Clinical Medicine from Oxford, which he completed as a Rhodes Scholar, and co-founded Beyond Equality, an organisation focused on gender equality.

John Wylie is the founder and CEO of Tanarra, an alternative asset manager with over A$3.5bn in assets under management, and has 35 years of experience in investment and finance across Australia, the US, and UK. He studied Commerce at the University of Queensland and completed a Master of Philosophy at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. He has held roles including Chair of the Australian Sports Commission and the Melbourne Cricket Ground Trust, and President of the State Library of Victoria.

Ken Jefferd is the Executive Director of Research, Innovation and Commercialisation at the University of Melbourne and Managing Director of UM Commercialisation Ltd. He studied Applied Chemistry and spent 20 years in global executive leadership roles at BP across the UK, the US and Melbourne, and previously served as Managing Director of engineering and testing firm hrl: technology group. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of the Bionics Institute and BioCurate and as a Council Member of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce.

Shilpi Sharma co-founded and served as CEO of Kvantum, an AI-based customer insights platform combining econometric models with machine learning; the company had two exits, to Target and then to Yum! Brands, where she served as CSO. She holds a Physics degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from UC Davis. She is also an investor with Portfolia.
