Partner focused on Sports, Media and Entertainment investments and leader of RedBird's Miami office. She previously spent 15 years at BlackRock as a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager in growth equity.

Eric Assouad co-leads WP Global Partners' venture capital and growth equity investments. He previously worked on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications team at Boston Consulting Group and served as Vice President of Strategic Investments and Alliances at FIS, leading initiatives in digital, mobile, and big data technologies. He holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Tom Thompson has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry, along with a legal background and experience in mergers, acquisitions, and operations. He previously served as a Director at WestAM, where he handled international investments, special situations, and real estate and sat on the firm's executive and investment committees, and earlier was a Director in the Private Markets Group of Forstmann-Leff International. He holds a J.D. from Indiana University Law School and a B.A. in government from Bowdoin College.

Ann Leng is a Senior Advisor at RedBird Capital Partners, where she has worked for over three years on growth investing, start-ups, and venture capital, focusing on business development in emerging and innovative markets. For more than 20 years, she has served as President of Network Media Group, advising on capital raising, mergers, and acquisitions.

Jihoon Hwang is an Associate on the deal team at Spring Lane Capital, where the focus is assessing sustainable distributed infrastructure projects for private equity investment. Previous roles include Senior Director of Programs at Greentown Labs, leading the Greentown Go program for startup-corporate commercialization partnerships in climatetech, and positions in process improvement and commercial strategy at Schneider Electric. Hwang participated in the 2023-2024 Financing and Deploying Clean Energy program at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment and holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.

Karen Naughton is Chairman of US PE Investments (GPMS) at Patria Investments, where she oversees private equity initiatives spanning buyouts, growth and venture, and structured solutions for institutional clients. She previously served as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Managing Partner at WP Global Partners. Her work covers private equity investments through fund of funds, direct investments, and co-investments, drawing on more than 40 years of experience in investment advisory.

Katherine St. James is an Associate on the deal team at Spring Lane Capital, where she evaluates sustainable distributed infrastructure projects for private equity investment. Ken Horne is Director of Portfolio Operations at Spring Lane Capital, where he serves as Head of Portfolio Operations and Value Creation. His work focuses on operational change and technology business leadership, with areas of expertise including business analysis, project and process management, executive coaching, and team development.

Mark Reuss is Principal, Portfolio Operations at Spring Lane Capital. His background spans project development, engineering, and project management in the power and petrochemical industries, including combined cycle and open cycle gas plants, LNG to power, onshore and offshore wind, solar, and battery storage, as well as refineries and gas compression stations. He holds a LEED Green Associate credential.

Dereck Grey is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who works with private clients at Caliber, helping them with tactical asset management and risk management strategies including private real estate allocations. He previously spent about eight years as a financial advisor at firms including Charles Schwab and Merrill Lynch, where he managed over $730 million in combined private client assets. He holds a BS in Finance with a certificate in economics from Northern Arizona University.
