A serial entrepreneur, Mora is CEO and founder of RM International, a diversified services company, and founder of Technology Hub Juárez, a bi-national tech transfer incubator. He holds a BBA from the University of Phoenix and serves on several regional boards.

Bustillos is CEO of Vaquero Trading, a major supplier of Mexican cattle to US farmers and feedlots. He holds a BBA in Economics from ITESM Monterrey and completed executive courses at IPADE and Harvard Business School.

Escudero leads Sierra Finance, which provides capital alternatives to small companies, and is also EVP and CFO of C&R Distributing. A UT El Paso accounting graduate and CPA, he previously served as CFO of Petro Stopping Centers and helped assemble its $700M+ sale in 2007.

A Tufts University economics graduate who began his career at an East Coast family office, Alvelais has been involved in private and public companies across bottling, marketing, glass manufacturing, real estate and telecom on both sides of the US-Mexico border. He sits on boards including Arca Continental and Novamex.

Russell co-founded the Tecma Group in 1986, which provides manufacturing support and consulting throughout Mexico, growing it to over 5,500 employees. He serves on the Texas Lt. Governor Advisory Board and is an El Paso Aviation Hall of Fame inductee.

Fernandez co-founded telecommunications carrier Transtelco in 2001 and serves as CEO, overseeing strategy, budgets and M&A. He graduated from UT El Paso in 1998 with a business administration degree focused on finance.

Fernandez oversees Transtelco's financial management, reporting, controls and regulatory compliance and has been with the company since its founding. A UT El Paso finance graduate, he managed a multimillion-dollar cross-border acquisition in 2013.
