He previously was SVP of Technology at Nielsen (2013-2016), managed Citibank's global ATM software organization and digital credit card initiatives (2006-2013), and held IT and product leadership roles at GE Healthcare (1995-2006). He holds an MBA from Marquette University and a B.S. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Kerala.
