Jim Waskovich co-founded Princeton Equity Group, where he co-leads investment activities and serves on the firm's investment committee. Before Princeton, he worked for close to 20 years in private equity at Summit Partners, ABS Capital, and Princeton Ventures, which he founded in 2006. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Princeton Medspa Partners and holds a B.S. in Economics and Politics from Washington & Lee University.

Naz Quadri joined Princeton in 2025, where he works on technology innovation across the firm, including its proprietary data and AI platform, FusionPoint. He previously led data and AI platforms at JPMorgan and Bloomberg and held senior technology roles at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University, teaching data science and AI, and holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Warwick University.

Paul Kuppich joined Princeton Equity Group in 2025 as Partner and serves as the firm's General Counsel, focusing on capital formation and firm strategy. He previously co-founded Aviditi Advisors, where he led project management and investor coverage across the Northeastern U.S. and Canada, and earlier worked with the Credit Suisse Private Fund Group and as an attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges advising on private equity transactions and fund formation. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of Michigan, and is a member of the New York Bar.

Phil Piro joined Princeton's predecessor firm, Princeton Ventures, in 2018 and works on sourcing and executing investments for Princeton. He previously held three operating roles, including COO of Brad's Raw Chips, where he oversaw supply chain and manufacturing, and founded a New York beverage distribution company. He started his career as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup.

Rob Finn is a Partner at Princeton who joined its predecessor firm, Princeton Ventures, in 2014 and leads management of the firm's proprietary platform, FusionPoint. Before Princeton, he worked at Edison Partners, a growth equity firm, where he served on the investment committee and originated nine investments while co-leading twelve others. He holds a B.S. in Management Science from MIT.

Derek DeBenedetto joined Princeton in 2023 and leads business development at the firm. He previously spent five years as Director of Business Development at ZMC, a private equity firm focused on media, technology, and entertainment, and earlier worked at PitchBook Data and in the Financial Sponsors group at Cowen & Company. He earned a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University's Smeal College of Business.

Jack Nagle joined Princeton in 2021, where he sources and executes transactions and provides operating support to portfolio companies. He previously worked on special situations transactions at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and executed aerospace & defense and industrial services investments at J.F. Lehman & Company, after starting his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.

Joseph Trahan joined Princeton in 2021, where he sources and executes transactions and supports portfolio companies. Before Princeton, he worked at Trive Capital as an Associate and Senior Associate handling deals in industrial, aerospace & defense, and telecom sectors, and previously held roles at Elm Park Capital Management and J.P. Morgan Chase. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Alex Bouthillette joined Princeton in 2023, where she works on executing transactions and supporting portfolio company initiatives. She was previously an Associate at Kainos Capital, focusing on consumer-sector transactions and portfolio support, and an Investment Banking Analyst at Simmons Energy, a division of Piper Sandler. She earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Honors and a B.A. in Plan II Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

Austin Cade joined Princeton in 2021 and oversees finance, accounting, compliance, investor reporting, and business operations. He previously served as Controller at Satori Capital, handling operations and financial and tax reporting for its private equity unit, and spent six years at TPG Capital in finance and accounting roles, most recently as a Senior Manager on its real estate platform. He started his career at KPMG as a Senior Audit Associate.

Brandon Haire joined Princeton in 2021, working with the investment team to evaluate acquisition opportunities and support franchise development at portfolio companies. He previously was Senior Vice President of Development at Neighborly, a home services franchisor, where he led a franchise development team across 19 domestic brands.

Chris Tanco joined Princeton after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at 7-Eleven, where he oversaw domestic field operations, franchise development, acquisition integration, digital, construction, and the company's Canadian unit, and previously ran its international business across 20 countries. Before 7-Eleven, he spent 17 years at Yum! Brands in operations, franchise, and general management roles both domestically and internationally. He began his career as an entrepreneur in the Philippines.

Guillaume Bonniol joined Princeton in 2025, where he supports portfolio companies on operational and strategic initiatives. He previously served as SVP and General Manager at Amplifon, leading two business units, and worked in the retail division of EssilorLuxottica, building expertise in healthcare retail and health insurance. Earlier in his career he was a management consultant at McKinsey and managed real estate development programs at Bouygues Construction. He holds an MSc from Ecole Polytechnique and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jack Bennett joined Princeton in 2025, where he works on executing transactions and supporting portfolio company initiatives. He previously worked as a Private Equity Analyst at Broadwing Capital, focusing on deals in the facility services and auto aftermarket sectors. He earned a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Jeremy Wright joined Princeton in 2024, where he supports portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives. He previously served as an Operating Advisor at Atlantic Street Capital, overseeing portfolio companies, taking interim executive roles such as CEO and CFO, and contributing to numerous acquisitions, and held similar roles at Blackstreet Capital Management. He began his career as a management consultant at AlixPartners and holds a B.S. in Finance from Oral Roberts University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joe Safdeye joined Princeton in 2024, where he works on sourcing, analyzing, and executing transactions and provides operating support to portfolio companies. He previously was an investment professional at Delos Capital, focusing on transactions in the multi-unit consumer and business services sectors, and before that an investment banking analyst at Stifel. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from NYU Stern and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

John Norwood joined Princeton in 2024, where he leads business development by identifying and building relationships with founders and executives at prospective investment targets. He previously worked as a Business Development Analyst at Access Holdings, a private equity firm focused on essential services, and earlier as an Account Executive at Archer Corporate Services. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Luke Melsop joined Princeton in 2025, where he works with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives as part of the GrowthEdge™ team. He previously worked as a senior consultant at EY-Parthenon, advising life sciences and consumer industry clients on value creation and large-scale transformations. He earned a B.A. in Kinesiology and an M.B.A. from John Carroll University.

Marcus Amechazurra joined Princeton in 2025 and works on business development, focusing on connecting the firm with investment opportunities and building relationships with founders and executives. He was previously a Business Development Associate at SNH Capital Partners, where he sourced deals in the facility services, distribution, and PEO spaces. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Colorado State University.

Max Bastian joined Princeton in 2025, where he works on sourcing and executing transactions and supports portfolio companies. He previously served as an Associate and Senior Associate at Platte River Equity, executing deals in the industrial, aerospace & defense, and chemicals & agriculture sectors, and earlier worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Simmons Energy, a division of Piper Sandler. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Robert Marchibroda joined Princeton in 2024, where he supports portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives. He previously worked as an investment professional at Warwick Hill Capital and Orangewood Partners, focusing on transactions and portfolio support in the multi-unit consumer and healthcare spaces, and started his career on the M&A team at Cowen.
