M Accelerator (M Studio) supports post-product-market-fit founders and growing businesses through a venture-studio methodology that combines strategy, execution, and communication in one space. Rather than delivering advice and leaving, the firm builds custom GTM infrastructure, AI automation workflows, and defensible operational systems alongside founders. It runs an Elite Founders membership for post-PMF operators and pursues operational equity partnerships through its venture studio for companies with proprietary data or strong market position. The firm specializes in helping international businesses enter and scale in the US market, and designs innovation programs, hackathons, and accelerator initiatives for universities, VCs, PE firms, government agencies, and enterprises.

Alessandro Marianantoni is the founder of MEDIARS Studio, a Los Angeles-based venture studio, whose accelerator division M Accelerator has supported over 500 founders from 30 countries and facilitated more than $50M in funding. He holds a Master's in Computer Science from the University of L'Aquila and spent a decade as a researcher and faculty member at UCLA REMAP, working on projects across entertainment, sports innovation, cultural heritage, sustainability, and public art. He also founded Spike Series, a community connecting sports innovation decision-makers.
C. Scott Hindell is Principal of Hindell Consulting, where he works on human-centered business model design and value strategy development. He has over 30 years of training experience, teaches at UCLA Extension (since 2001, where he is also a Master Teacher in the Instructor Development Program), previously taught at Los Angeles Community College, and leads the M Accelerator program. Earlier in his career he spent 17 years as a portfolio manager and NASD Principal/Registered Investment Advisor running his own firm, during which he also advised on venture capital investments and mergers.
