Investment thesis
Pipeline Angels works to change who gets to be an investor and which companies receive funding, addressing the underrepresentation of women, non-binary individuals, and women of color in angel investing and venture funding. Through its Angels in the Making training program covering education, mentoring, and practice, it develops new diverse angel investors. Members often provide early friends-and-family stage capital to entrepreneurs from underrepresented groups who lack existing support at that critical stage, aiming to create broader entrepreneurial opportunities within the startup ecosystem.
