Nova Ventures focuses on acquiring and consolidating premium instrumentation businesses in the test, measurement, and sensor space, combining them into cohesive platforms that achieve market leadership. Drawing on decades of design, engineering, global sales, finance, and acquisition experience, the firm provides financial resources and operational expertise to its portfolio companies. Acquired businesses operate autonomously, retaining their own brands and management teams while benefiting from an experienced parent. The firm has built platforms such as Nova Analytics, Nova Technologies, Nova Metrix, Nova Instruments, and Nova Measurements, serving markets including water and wastewater, environmental, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, construction, civil engineering, aerospace, and energy. It continues to seek attractive instrumentation businesses to form new strategic platforms.
