David Fogel is the Founding Partner of Alma Angels, an angel community in Europe focused on backing female founders, with members investing in early-stage technology companies. He also founded the Israeli Tech Parliament, a London-based community for founders, investors, and operators, and launched the Yozma Fellowship, a program connecting UK university students with entrepreneurs, investors, and operators. His work focuses on the UK and Israeli startup ecosystems, and he has invested in more than 350 startups and advised over 1,000 founders.

Former Strategy Director at IPG Mediabrands and co-founder of NewCo UK, which connects large corporates with UK startups. She began her career as an engineer in Tel Aviv's aerospace industry before consulting to tech firms.

Ariella Vildan Young is a Principal at Alicorn Venture Partners, where she focuses on secondaries investments. She serves as a board advisor and brings experience across family offices, private equity, venture capital, retail banking, and sales management.

Bérénice Magistretti is co-founder and CEO of Visible Voices, a disabilities advocacy organization. She previously worked as a technology journalist for publications including TechCrunch, VentureBeat, and WIRED UK, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and accessibility solutions. Magistretti has also worked as an angel investor and venture capitalist, and is a disabilities advocate addressing invisible disabilities including visual impairment, hearing loss, and chronic health conditions.

Chenelle Ansah is Chief Executive Officer of Nell Consulting Ltd. She brings over two decades of experience in strategy, transformation, and investment delivery across financial services, venture capital, and the nonprofit sector. Her background includes building and scaling three digital banks from inception to launch, leading post-acquisition M&A integration, structuring and managing venture funds, and advising boards on fund strategy and organizational change across Europe and emerging markets. As an operator, she has maintained customer NPS of 75 and delivered M&A integration with under 1% customer complaints; as an advisor, she has supported over 300 founders on investment readiness, 70% of whom subsequently raised capital. She was appointed OBE in 2026 for services to investment, women in business, and charity.

Chiara Massironi is Community Lead for EMEA at Anthropic. She has over a decade of experience in developer relations, having built and led teams across developer programs, startup initiatives, and technical education. Her background includes work bridging developer experience with business objectives, and she serves as a mentor through OurStemJourney and IE Women in Tech.

Elissa Grey serves as a Non-Executive Director at The Biodiversity Consultancy Ltd. She brings over 20 years of experience in global strategy and business transformation, with a background advising boards and executives across start-up and FTSE 100 companies. Her expertise spans strategy, ESG, and investor relations.

Julie Fedele is founder of Twofeetin Ventures and a future of work strategist focused on portfolio career development and organizational workforce transformation. She spent two decades in corporate leadership roles across healthtech, cleantech, and venture building before transitioning to advisory work that helps mid-to-senior professionals develop portfolio income models and assists organizations integrate human workers, fractional talent, and AI agents into unified teams. Fedele publishes a newsletter on workforce trends with over 8,000 subscribers and is writing a book on career portfolio building scheduled for publication in 2027.

Kelsey Lynn Skinner is Chief Executive Officer at AMS Industrial, a heavy mechanical contractor specializing in federal contracts for dam and waterway rehabilitation. She brings engineering training and 16 years of technology venture capital experience across the US and UK, along with board service across public and private companies in multiple industries. Teté S is a senior executive with approximately 30 years of experience in retail, telecommunications, and technology sectors. She works as an executive coach and growth advisor, with previous roles including Chief Marketing Officer at Bain and positions at Telefónica, O2, The Access Group, and Dixons. She serves as a member of WomenCEO, an independent board director, and an angel investor with a focus on women entrepreneurs and environmental ventures.

Yenny Cheung is Vice President of Engineering at Bluefish AI, where she leads development of a generative search marketing platform. She has built and managed engineering teams across conversational commerce, developer platforms, and adtech sectors. Cheung is also an angel investor focused on AI and developer tooling startups, and serves as a member of Alma Angels; she has spoken at multiple technology conferences including EuroPython, PyCon events, and LeadDev Berlin.
