Andrea Di Nisio is Managing Director of Business Development for EMEA at Northleaf Capital Partners. He has over 25 years of experience in asset management, working with private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and institutional investors across Europe. His background includes private equity fundraising and the management of client relationships.

James Cowan is Vice Chair, Global Private Markets at Northleaf Capital Partners, where he supports the distribution of the firm's infrastructure, private equity, and private credit strategies to retail, private wealth, and asset management advisors and investors. He previously spent over 20 years at Macquarie Group in New York and Toronto, focusing on the infrastructure sector and most recently serving as CEO and President of MAM Americas Inc., where he managed two private infrastructure funds totaling US$2.2 billion. His earlier experience includes roles at TD Securities and Hambros Bank in government and infrastructure finance, as well as work in insolvency and restructuring, and he currently serves as a board member at the Building Ontario Fund.

Jared Waldron is Co-Head of Infrastructure at Northleaf Capital Partners, where he oversees the firm's global infrastructure investment program, including strategy, origination, execution, portfolio management, and investor relations. He serves on Northleaf's infrastructure Investment Committees and its Executive Committee. The platform focuses on core and core-plus middle market infrastructure equity investments primarily in North America, across sectors including digital infrastructure, energy transition, and transportation.

Luke D'Alves is Managing Director, Product Specialist Infrastructure at Northleaf Capital Partners. He previously joined McMorgan & Company in 2021 as Managing Director, Infrastructure Private Equity, where he led the firm's infrastructure initiatives, including managing the McMorgan Infrastructure Fund I and coordinating fundraising and management for Fund II. Before that, he spent 15 years at OMERS Infrastructure, most recently as Director, Strategic Partnerships, overseeing third-party relationships and the co-investment strategy after earlier work on the global transaction team across the energy, utilities, and transportation sectors.

Michael Bowman is a Managing Director at Northleaf Capital Partners. He works in private equity investment, focusing on capital raising within the Canadian wealth and advisor channel.

Robert Smith is Managing Director and Global Head of Institutional Business Development at Northleaf Capital Partners. He has worked in strategic transformation roles across regulated sectors including alternative asset management, healthcare, and government, focusing on business development and commercial strategy. His responsibilities have included delivering investment capabilities to global clients and advising executive leadership teams and boards of directors.

Joined Canal Ventures, BIPROGY's CVC, in 2020. Previously worked in upstream consulting and new business development at BIPROGY and was stationed in Silicon Valley from 2015 to 2020 promoting collaboration with local startups.

Carina Doshi is Director of Private Equity Investor Relations at Northleaf Capital Partners. Her background in financial services includes strategy, late-stage direct investing, corporate development, and investment banking, with experience in relationship management, investment diligence, and business performance analysis. She holds an MBA from Harvard and is based in Toronto, having previously lived in Boston, Mumbai, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.

Jeremy Brock is Vice President, Portfolio Strategy & Analytics at Northleaf Capital Partners, where he leads a team responsible for systems management, data pipelines, integration, and reporting across the firm's Private Credit program. His work spans the flow of information from fund administrators and portfolio companies through to LP reporting, credit monitoring, and executive dashboards. He is involved in portfolio construction, risk management, analytics, and research supporting the firm's investment teams.

Thiago Carreiro is Vice President of Risk Management at Northleaf Capital Partners. He has more than 20 years of experience in risk management, compliance, and internal audit across large and small financial institutions, working in both first and second lines of defence. His background includes establishing risk management and compliance programs and managing teams.
