Andrew joined Long Ridge in 2016 as a Partner and Investment Committee member. He leads deal teams across the investment lifecycle and previously worked at McKinsey & Company and on the White House National Security Council during the Obama Administration.

Angad joined Long Ridge in 2012 as a Partner and Investment Committee member. He leads deal teams through all investment phases from sourcing and due diligence through structuring and portfolio management. Previously, he was an Associate at Alinda Capital Partners and a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

Donna joined Long Ridge in 2013 and oversees financial operations, including financial reporting, compliance, tax preparation, investor relations, and internal controls. She previously served as CFO and Partner at Alternative Investment Management and held accounting roles at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.

Jason joined Long Ridge in 2014 as a Partner and Investment Committee member. He leads deal teams across the firm's investments and served as Chairman of NinjaTrader until its acquisition by Kraken. Previously, he worked at Barclays in the Financial Institutions Group advising on M&A and capital markets.

Kevin has been a Managing Partner at Long Ridge since 2010 and leads overall firm strategy and deal team operations. Prior to Long Ridge, he was a Vice President at AEA Investors and a member of the financial services and business services teams at TH Lee Putnam Ventures.

Devin joined Long Ridge in 2016 as a Principal actively involved in sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring. He previously worked at Fenox Venture Capital, an early-stage venture fund, and at Wells Fargo Securities.

Rachel joined Long Ridge in 2022 as Vice President and participates in sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management. She previously worked at Boston Consulting Group advising on financial services, healthcare, and education clients, and at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

Arnav joined Long Ridge in 2025 as an Analyst involved in sourcing and screening investment opportunities, along with due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio engagement. He previously worked at Palm Tree on M&A Advisory and at Columbia Pacific Advisors on Business Lending.

Ben joined Long Ridge in 2021 as a Senior Associate and is actively involved in sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring. He co-founded Honesti, a wellness and peer-to-peer support platform for college students, and worked at Guggenheim Partners.

Elle joined Long Ridge in 2026 as an Analyst involved in sourcing and screening new investment opportunities, along with due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company work. She previously worked at Draper Associates, an early-stage venture capital firm.

George joined Long Ridge in 2024 as an Associate and participates in sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management. He previously spent three years at Frontier Growth focusing on growth-stage vertical software company investments.

Jessica joined Long Ridge in 2023 as Executive Assistant and assists with office operations. She co-founded Daily Soulshine, a retail company focused on products with uplifting phrases.

Jett joined Long Ridge in 2025 as an Analyst and participates in sourcing and screening prospective investments, as well as due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio engagement. He previously worked at J.P. Morgan.

Jillian joined Long Ridge in 2025 as Executive Assistant and assists with office operations. She previously worked as an early childhood educator.

Kate joined Long Ridge in 2025 as Controller and supports accounting and finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, audits, and internal controls. She previously served as senior finance leader at four startup funds, building operational infrastructure.

Krystina joined Long Ridge in 2019 and manages overall office operations while assisting with planning and executing firm special events including the Annual Meeting and offsites. Previously, she worked at Marcum LLP as a scheduling coordinator.

Laura joined Long Ridge in 2023 as Senior Accountant supporting accounting and finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, and audits. She previously worked as a Supervisor at SEI Investments in their Private Equity Fund Administrator Group.

Michael joined Long Ridge in 2024 and leads portfolio operations and value creation initiatives. He previously worked at Vista Equity Partners and Growth Street Partners executing strategy and go-to-market projects across portfolio companies.

Paige joined Long Ridge in 2024 as an Analyst actively involved in sourcing and screening new investments, as well as due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company engagement. She previously worked on the investment team at Antler, an early-stage venture capital firm.

Paulina joined Long Ridge in 2025 as Vice President, Platform, overseeing network development and marketing initiatives. She previously led value creation at B Capital and was co-founder and CEO of a media and education company.

Sophia joined Long Ridge in 2023 as an Associate and participates in sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management. She previously held roles in Manufacturing Finance at Tesla and the Azure Data organization at Microsoft.

Whitney joined Long Ridge in 2021 as Executive Assistant and supports planning of the firm's annual Executive Summit and other events. She previously worked planning festivals and events and served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Linder Global Events.

Zach joined Long Ridge in 2022 as an Associate actively involved in sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company management. He previously worked at WestCap, a technology-focused growth equity firm.
