Investment thesis
Level2 Ventures backs founders first, prioritizing determination, resilience and momentum over decks or polished materials. It invests in four types of businesses: AI products and services, founders consolidating markets with AI, promising companies that don't fit the traditional VC mold, and secondary positions. As a private fund with no institutional or public LP money, it emphasizes flexibility, fast decisions, and long-term partnership with the same partner throughout. Rooted in CEE and especially Poland, it also invests across Europe and the US, favoring Polish and CEE diaspora founders. It brings an experienced operating team offering hands-on help with pricing, hiring, go-to-market, strategy, finance and technology.
