John Shulman founded Juggernaut Capital in 2009 and leads its Investment Committee. He has more than 35 years of experience in private investing, focused mainly on the sports, healthcare, and consumer sectors.

Alex Deegan joined Juggernaut Capital in 2014 and serves on the firm's Investment Committee, focusing on health and wellness (OTC pharmaceuticals and VMS), food and beverage, pet, and active lifestyle investments, as well as leading business development for the firm. He previously worked at NGP Energy Technology Partners from 2011 to 2014 and Allied Capital Corporation from 2002 to 2010. Before his finance career, he played professional soccer in the United States for five years.

Craig Hille joined Juggernaut Capital in 2010 and serves on its Investment Committee, where he helps shape the firm's investment strategy. His investment focus areas include OTC pharmaceuticals, health and wellness, licensed sports apparel, and sales and marketing. Before Juggernaut, he worked at Allied Capital Corporation from 2000 to 2010, leaving as a Principal and Investment Committee member.

Ryan Osgood joined Juggernaut Capital in 2014, where he focuses on food & beverage, personal and home care, active lifestyle, and outsourced services investments. He previously worked as an Associate at Barclays from 2011 to 2014, and earlier served in the United States Navy as a Submarine Officer on the USS Olympia and as an Economics Instructor at the United States Naval Academy from 2004 to 2010.

Alan Thomas is a Principal at Juggernaut Capital, which he joined in 2020. He previously worked as an Associate at Access Holdings from 2018 to 2020, investing across various sectors and supporting portfolio company operations. He started his career as an Analyst in the Consumer Investment Banking group at Piper Jaffray & Co., handling food & beverage, personal care, consumer products, and restaurant transactions.

Dan Semler joined Juggernaut Capital in 2016 and concentrates on investments in wellness, personal care, beverage, and pharmaceuticals. He previously worked as an Associate at American Capital from 2014 to 2016 on turnaround and growth investments in middle market companies, and earlier as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Banking group at PNC from 2011 to 2014.

Bo Wang joined Juggernaut Capital in 2016 and focuses on consumer investments, including pharmaceuticals, food, baby, and VMS companies. Before Juggernaut, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams & Co. from 2014 to 2016, working on consumer-industry mergers and acquisitions, and previously held an analyst role at KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Coby Zucker joined Juggernaut in 2023 and works on consumer, healthcare, and business services investments. He previously served as an Investment Banking Associate at Wells Fargo, focusing on consumer and retail M&A, and started his career at Credit Suisse in Associate and Analyst roles on the Equity Derivatives team.

Heather Clarke joined Juggernaut Capital in 2019, where she supports the Managing Partner, Managing Directors, and firm operations. She previously worked as a Technical Recruiter at Arena Technical Resources, handling the full recruiting cycle.

Johari Hamilton has more than 20 years of experience in technology, focusing on information systems and security programs, including their planning, development, maintenance, and the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data. In 2002 he founded and continues to own Johari's Network, which provides managed IT services to small businesses, nonprofits, and audio/video service providers. He previously founded LivePC, a gaming PC manufacturer.

Kevin Phan joined Juggernaut Capital in 2018, where he focuses on consumer and business services investments. Before joining the firm, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Roth Capital Partners from 2014 to 2017, working on mergers and acquisitions in the consumer and business services sectors.

Mark Derrick is an Associate at Juggernaut Capital, which he joined in 2019, focusing on consumer investments after initially supporting the firm's accounting processes. Before Juggernaut, he was an Audit Staff Member at EY. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Virginia.

Matt Buckley joined Juggernaut Capital Partners in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as CFO and Managing Director at JPB Partners and as CFO and Chief Compliance Officer at Arlington Capital Partners, and earlier worked at Greenspring Associates, ABS Capital Partners, and Pricewaterhouse. He is a CPA (currently inactive) and sits on the board of the Washington, D.C. / Baltimore chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association.

Megan Druckrey joined Juggernaut Capital in 2022, where she supports the firm's accounting processes. She previously worked as an Assurance Manager and Supervisor at PBMares, LLP and held assurance positions at RSM US LLP. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Maryland.

Peter Mann has worked as an investor and CEO in the over-the-counter drug (OTC) and personal care industries, with a focus on acquiring and building "orphan" brands into standalone companies. He began his career at Block Drug Company, rising to Member of the Office of Chief Executive and President of the Americas Division, and later founded and led Prestige Brands Holdings as Chairman and CEO, taking it public on the NYSE (PBH) in 2005. He has also worked with private equity groups at Prestige Brands, Blacksmith Brands, and Bedrock Brands.

Rich Owen has founded and led several consumer goods companies as Founder and CEO, building brands across multiple product categories. He previously held senior executive roles at Procter & Gamble, working on brand, trade, and marketing strategies. He was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001 and is an inventor on numerous consumer product patents.

Sara Shockley joined Juggernaut Capital in 2016, where she supports the firm's investor relations, marketing, and executive roundtable initiatives. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Classics from Vanderbilt University.

Susan Dumond is a human resources executive with over 25 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies including PwC, IBM, The Walt Disney Company, and AECOM, focusing on organizational design, talent development, succession planning, and performance management. She currently serves as Operations & Talent Advisor at Juggernaut Capital Partners. Prior roles include Chief Employee Experience Officer at Alorica, VP/SVP Talent Management positions at Walt Disney Television Group and AECOM, and change consulting work at PwC and IBM.

Tania King is an Operating Advisor who has held executive roles including Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer at high-growth global companies. She began her career at Advantage Solutions, where she worked on multiple acquisitions and private equity transactions, and later served as Chief Employee Experience Officer and Chief Legal Officer at customer contact management provider Alorica, overseeing compliance and global security. In 2012 she was named General Counsel of the Year by the Orange County Business Journal.
