Tom Shinkwin joined EEVC in 2005 and works with the boards of several investee companies in the software and mobile communications sectors. He has over twenty years of commercial and operating experience across banking, property, and early-stage technology, with expertise in corporate finance and M&A, having previously worked at Morgan Stanley and Ulster Bank Group and co-founded a boutique corporate advisory firm. He is an honours graduate of both UCD and Trinity College Dublin.

Krzysztof Schabowski is a London-based private markets investor with over 20 years of institutional buy-side experience spanning large-cap buyout, growth equity, direct lending, and leveraged finance. He has deployed more than €6 billion across over 40 transactions at Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity, the UK Government's Regional Growth Fund, Athene Capital, and CIBC World Markets, with sector focus on healthcare, financial services, TMT, fintech, and industrials across EMEA, the US, India, and Africa. He currently works independently as a capital raiser and board adviser to private market fund managers and growth-stage companies.

Małgorzata Jędrzejczyk serves as Vice President at Enterprise Investors. Her experience spans financial analysis, accounting, the performance and supervision of due diligence processes, and the monitoring of portfolio companies.

Jason S. Martin is the president of Omega Capital, a private equity firm he founded in 2013. In 2002 he co-founded Argonaut Private Equity, where he served as president and managing director for ten years. Earlier he was a managing director at Williams Communications Group, leading its venture capital investments, and previously served on the investment committee of the Oklahoma Police Pension & Retirement System. He joined Enterprise Investors in 2013.
