Bharat Puri has worked at the company for nearly three decades, leading efforts across leasing, development, construction, financing, and property management through multiple economic cycles. His experience spans the full real estate lifecycle, from acquisition and financing to development, construction, leasing, and long-term asset management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Rockford College and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Doug Beale is the Chief Financial Officer at First Midwest Group, which he joined in 1998, overseeing accounting and financial operations across the company's projects. He previously worked as a senior accountant at Wilcop, Shelton & Strakeljahn, CPAs. He is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Augustana College.

Ashwin Puri is Chief Investment Officer of First Midwest Group and FMG Capital, where he oversees investment strategy, due diligence, and portfolio management across asset classes, and serves on the firm's Executive Committee. He has worked at FMG since 2017 in roles including Principal and Director of Investments, and previously was a Principal at XRC Ventures and an Associate at ID Ventures focused on B2B SaaS and life sciences. He earned his degree from Georgetown University, where he co-founded the university's first startup accelerator, and remains an active angel investor with a focus on emerging markets in Africa and Asia.

Kyle Schilling has worked at First Midwest Group since 2015, operating across finance, accounting, and operations, including financial analysis, current and new investments, and accounting support. He previously worked at Deloitte's Chicago Private Wealth Tax Services and holds a degree from Northern Illinois University.

Mark Stefanic has more than 40 years of experience across finance, marketing, real estate, sales, and systems development and integration, including international joint ventures and business process work. Part of his career involved financial analysis and running businesses in the hospitality and leisure industries. He holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Benedictine University and an MBA in Finance with a Marketing concentration from the University of Chicago.

Marvin Keys has been with First Midwest Group since 2003, advising on legal matters related to the company's real estate development and leasing activities. He previously practiced as an attorney at Diamond & LeSueur, P.C. in McHenry, Illinois, focusing on land use and zoning, municipal law, commercial and residential real estate development, and contract negotiations, and served as City Attorney for the Villages of Prairie Grove and Port Barrington. He holds a J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law and a B.A. from Florida Southern College, and was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1998.
